Since the last update, this app no longer works on my android phone, despite uninstall and reinstall.

Current version has a bug in it - if you create an appointment & send an email confirmation via the App, then the Profile of that potential customer becomes corrupted - get the message on desktop website & phone App, to say, "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again or come back later if the problem persists." On the desktop, you then have to Exit the Planner to do anything else, even with other prospects.

I'd like to be able to use the app but have reinstalled it 3 times and can't see the whole screen on my s20fe so can't answer any of the questions. Go onto next and it gets stuck as I can't move things forward. I assume there's another button I can't see 😔

In September 2023, I met IT Support (at Amplify) and showed the problem with some of the Quick Links. An update in November (I think) corrected these, and it's worked perfectly since then.

must have a gremlin - after installing and uninstalling 3 times, still can't see any of the partner sign up info, only screen it shows is prospects :( Any help would be appreciated please plus not helpful its the same colour as the clubhouse app... just saying ....

I cannot open the app on my Samsung galaxy S10. Obviously the app has been updated it just locks up on adding a new prospect. Which is shocking really. Gutted I can't use the app on my mobile.😥
