Worst traffic app. Lack of very basic user interfaces. Booked ticket activates as soon as it is purchased. A small button to select when to activate the ticket would be great help. Secondly, borrowed tickets can not be returned after use. Another button in the borrowed ticket pages would help....

Constantly wrong, and non intuitive. A shame you moved all your services to this Frankenstein of an app! And don't trust the apps schedules, because they are all wrong. They say the app is the place to check times. Maybe keep your own schedule first. And the realtime following of your ride, is just a fake function.

Update. The app displays the wrong times. It does not correspond to the actual time of the tram, not the app on another phone at the same time, and not the time table in the stops. I've missed so many trams. I've missed trams two new year eves in a row with kids waiting in the cold. No fun.....

The app works fine, my problem is with Västtrafik and their total incompetence. They can't buy a funcunal vehicle that don't break down regularly. They can't run enough vehicles with good spacing to not have them over filled 24/7. They can't re rout their buss trafic when one of their vehicles breaks down so everything on that line stops working. Instead of having reasonable ticket prices and a resnable customer experience so people acually want to pay for their ride, they just hire controllers.

The app does a really bad job at showing relevant search results. For example, I'll search for a station within the Gothenburg area that I've searched for many times before, yet somehow the top 5+ results show me stations that are over 50km away. It's incredibly frustrating sometimes, especially since it used to work just fine in the old Reseplaneraren app.

My first and only experience using this app as a foreigner and their customer service three times trying to sort the issue. Absolutely useless service, especially if you are not Swedish. I was not able to buy the tickets as it showed a payment error, then tried again with the same outcome, and then saw that I was charged whilst I was already on the bus, having paid for the ticket in person. I was not offered any refund and got randomly disconnected 2/3 times. No process for such claims either.

The app works pretty well, havent had any issues with using my card on the app nor with it being able to pull up stops but only after I've looked up where I want to go on google maps to get the stop names. Also it's in English and I cannot for the life of me change it to Swedish which (as a swede) would make my life easier in finding the stops and where to go. I checked the settings and it does not have an general button to get to languages, only card settings. its highly frustrating.

Inspiring redemption arc where they fixed the annoying bugs and actually changed back the odd design choices. Rare and lovely. However beware because it WILL hurt you physically if used in darkness like say in the morning before a commute. The backlight override can not be turned off reliably and it will flash before realising it is actually turned off. At max brightness. You will go blind if not careful, I'm not joking.
