I've been using this app since it first launched and never had any issues up until the last year or so. Like many here, it logs me out and I'm unable to sign in because it never sends the code to my phone. Initially, I thought that maybe it was because of a glitch when the app updates, but that's never the case since the last update was months ago. I've tried clearing the cache, data and even uninstalling, but it won't send the code to verify my login. 😡

lost my rewards card. Called for replacement and 3 months later still no card. Exxons in my area will not accept phone card only physical card. So still can use number at pump but no longer can do in store purchases. Exxon, your customer service guy lied when he said "Rest assured ma'am, you will have your new card in the mail in 3 to 4 weeks. Now I'm using ⭕K.

I uninstalled & reinstalled the app & I keep getting a message stating I need to update the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra with the latest update. Please fix this.

App worked fine at first. Last time I tried to use it had to sign in which I hasn't had to do before. Couldn't remember my password so I reset it. Seconds after I I reset it I tried to sign in. Didn't recognize it. Double checked it, it was fine. Tried again, still wouldn't take it. I don't need an app that just takes up space on my phone. Ugh. Update, issues were fixed for a time. For three weeks now all I get is an error message when I try to use the app. Not worth the trouble.

I can handle all the little changes that make this app worse than it used to be. what I can't is the fact that I have to reenter payment card details when I use digital wallets via Google pay. it used to be great and now I have to put in a card in this app. which I dont know how secure it is or where it's stored or anything else. why you would take away a feature that made payment so easy is beyond me but now I don't bother with the app. it's garbage and wastes time.

The app does its job, although a good percentage of stations I have stopped at while traveling do not take it. One of the things I find annoying is setting the pump number. If not scanning the pump QR code, you must scroll through the pump numbers, which can be very temperamental. I cannot control the numbers whizzing by to stop at the correct one. It always overshoots, and I end up selecting the wrong pump, so must cancel and start over. If you could just slow down the acceleration on the pump number scrolling, it would be greatly appreciated.

Easy way to pay for gas at the pump. Electronic receipts help to keep up with budget. Well, after a couple of years, it stopped working correctly. It keeps telling me to allow location . It is set to allow precise locations. I emailed the ap for help, but nobody has contacted me . Very frustrating as the app is more secure than using the card.

The original app worked beautifully. This app is junk. I don't get the option to save password so I don't have to log in every. single. time. ANNOYING. It has also hung up somehow, requiring me to scan a barcode. I did not notice this on the app. I left, entered the amount in my ledger and threw the receipt away. Days later I was unable to use the app because it still had the requirement to scan the barcode I no longer had. There was NO other option. ANNOYING. I'll stop using your stations.
