Best app I've found for those who want to work on their pronunciation without ESL lessons. I've found that many so-called pronunciation apps are actually English lessons with focus on grammar and other aspects of the language, and pronounciation is on the backburner. This app is for pronunciation only. It is amazing, I'd recommend it for any ESL person. it shows how to from the sound, from the single sound until fully completed sentences and gives you feedback pointing out your errors.

Great for Child with Speech Impediment. I downloaded this to see if it could be used by my son to help with his pronunciation and increase his confidence. I tested the app first and always got a 100% score. I helped my son (10 years old) use the app on my phone, and his scores were in the 70% range. I find that very accurate, because my son was discharged from speech therapy after his skills reached the 70% mark compared to his peers. Too bad school therapy isn't offered after that point...

I've tried it with my friend who just started learning English and has a very strong accent. While he gets %90 correct, me and my American friend done %78-%75 correct most of the time so the voice recognation is completely a scam. Other than that, advertising monhtly payments and then charging 89 dollars at one time is not ethical at all. Impossible to get refund from Google Play. The only thing is lessons are good in the app but it doesn't worth 89 dollars of payment!

I regret subscribing to this app. The AI is incorrect with a lot of pronunciations. It downright refuses to score the th sound correctly even when it's exactly the same as the instructor. It only work if I exaggerate it and almost spit while making the th sound in words like "wealthy". The report/flag feature also doesn't do anything. Cool concept but the technology's not there yet.

The app excels in its focus on accent reduction. Concise video tutorials of coaches are very helpful along with practice sessions. However, it's premium pricing seems to somewhat prohibitive especially when the dollar pricing is just converted to other currencies like Indian rupees. That makes the premium pricing a bit too high in Indian currency.
