When a session auto-stops, there is no clear warning. I saw that I had autostopped, only after a while, so I renewed a session. But in between both sessions, of course my car got checked and fined as not being parked. Because it was a rented car at the moment, the fine got raised with administrative costs also. This is not appreciated. Please find a solution for this

I am interested in using 4411 to pay for charging my electrical vehicle. Info on the web site says to activate some option in the appp for ev charging. But I see no such option in the app. Only parking meters are shown. How do I activate the app for ev charging? Or is this not available yet, or only available in a limited area?

Can't see the parking meter number in the app, stop advertising on web pages and Indigo/Streeteo that you actually can see them and not have to move to renew. I parked and went home, but forgot to pay, and now I have to walk back to the car to check the meter number and pay via the app. Edit: @Sandra, that's not an answer to the problem. I never parked in that street before, so I couldn't know the parking meter number OOS###... It would be great if there's a map with every parking meter together with its number. Or when geolocation is used, it gives the meter number so I don't have to walk 50m further to check the number. If you want to make it right, make it right :D

Expensive fee for *every* parking session. Session fees are regularly more than 10% of the parking fee itself and goes up to 50%/100% extra cost if your stay is short. This fixed fee approach sucks. For the app itself: Slow app. Underground task running (with permanent notification icon) when an parking session is active that cannot be disabled in the app.

I'm using this app everyday for M-Tickets and it's really a great simple app, but for the past 3 days it hasn't been working, just keeps "loading" the ticket and then crashes... It has happened before, but usually jost for a day or two. So that's disappointing, because I was really happy to save some money at least while buying cheapest and most convenient DL tickets via 4411. :/

Edit: the developers mention in their response that it is fixed below.. but thats just not true. My entire phone still freezes up the minute the app is running. --- Absolutely horrible ever since it got updated. Constant crashes and actually freezes up my pixel 4 for 3 minutes if I try to start a session. Get your things together, devs! How dare you release something as buggy as this when getting a ticket for not paying parking depends on it!!

I have used many other parking applications in and outside of Belgium. It's solid, easy and cheap. I use the app at least twice per week. Usually detects the correct parking meter and allows you to intuitively select the correct one if need be. I experienced the loss of a session only once, but haven't seen that happen ever again. It's easy to set up a vehicle and adding vehicles is free of charge. Most features of the app that I have been using are free of charge, except for parking charges.

I like the app very much, when it works well. In some occasions, I want to start a session, it tries and fails, but the error message doesn't give any indication to what went wrong. Sometimes no meters show up on the map for a street, and I have to enter the number manually, and then only after that, they show up. (often happens with 100065 in my case)
