I had many followers, a lot of avatars that took a lot of time. I was showing a family member one of them and my game just crashed. I tried logging in again and it told me to start a new account. I tried over again, I even uninstalled and reinstalled. It still didn't work. This is very frustrating. Although this happened, it is very good overall. It was fun to make characters and make videos. Kinda slow but is fun.

Ok it's good they update it! They enabled the grab zems on my country as an update which is good but still have some issues the app doesn't collect data correctly I did quest and spent days just to get the award I tried it again bc I couldn't get the award and it still says it's unfinished I can't do everything about it pls fix this I'm really getting irritated if this is fixed I'll rate it 5 stars

It all went back to the defult skin. I had set my face, and my make up but they suddenly went back to the bald one. I don't know if it's a bug only I experience but I hope they really fix that. I worked really hard on that face, making it all cute and pretty. They need to turn it back to normal again if they want more players to play that game. I experienced this situation twice. I was very satisfied of the face I customized but it restarted. My poor efforts wasted. Still didn't change, waiting.

ZEPETO is actually an amazing app! It helps you connect with people with all over the world! And you can make a such anime & 2d avatars that really looks cool! But the only problem is the Zems it's hard to buy them! If the developer can make it that we can buy it with coins not real money would be really great thing! (I mean like: Pay 900 coins and get 2/1 zem) But to be honest the game is really great! I recommend it for anyone who wanna make friends from all over the world! Thanks for reading!

I love this game so much almost 2 years I've been playing it and it gets better and better each update,but I still have a tiny problem,first fix the crashing out thing it's getting annoying tbh,also I would like it if u can make a feature were people can like each other's comments cuz it's tiring always to reply all the time,lastly can u guys add like a gifs feature or sticker option were we can send each other stickers that will be all btw keep growing zepeto never stop 🥹❤️🩹

It's a really good game and I enjoy my experience with the game. My only problem is whenever I wish to enter in a world or add a song to my video, the app randomly decides to kick me or becomes incredibly slow to load (meanwhile there's nothing wrong with the Internet connection). I really love the game, animation and the styles but this issue very annoying. Please try arranging it🙃

You all update, but not what needs to be updated. Items are TOO expensive. There is almost no item of 1 zem. Small users could atleast buy 1 zem items, but now? Game glitches ALOT. I can't even enter a world. Now, recently, I can't buy any items, the 'buy' button doesn't show up when I click it. I'm using this app in full screen but still it doesn't show. I'm hoping that these problems will get fixed asap.

I really like this game because of all the options you have for customising your avatar and it's really fun to play in worlds and do challenges, etc.... But recently I came across this huge problem: for some reason, I can't buy any items. When I press 'buy' after making a new outfit for my avatar, the purple button at the bottom of the list of items is gone. I even updated the game, but I still can't buy anything. I hope you can fix this problem because I really enjoyed this game
