視障助乘巴士報站APP是公共巴士無障礙出行服務系統的APP客戶端；使用者使用具有藍牙功能的智能手機，安裝視障助乘巴士報站APP，通過相關操作，可感知身邊巴士站、線路、巴士到站信息，可通過上車引導語音提醒上車，在乘車途中也可獲取途徑站、目的站的語音提示
1、坐車
（1）定位：根據使用者當前位置自動識別讀取身邊巴士站點以及站點運行的線路，使用者選擇要乘坐的車輛進行候車；
（2）感知：使用者打開手機藍牙，當巴士進站時，可自動感知進站巴士信息，手機會震動并彈出進站提示框，同時巴士上喇叭會播報進站信息，提醒使用者準備上車；
（3）語音播報：未聽清信息，可通過搖一搖手機持續播報進站信息，找到車門位置，自主乘車；
（4）到站提醒：在乘車過程中，使用者可以設置目的站，通過搖動手機獲取當前站以及距離目的站還有幾站，到達目的站的前一站手機會震動并語音提示“還有一站到達目的站”。到達目的站，手機同樣會震動并語音提示使用者已達到目的站。
2、收藏
根據自己乘車信息，個性化收藏車輛路線，下次登錄即可直接點擊收藏線路進入乘車頁面候車。
