Signing up was a pain. Register link inside the app would not work, so I needed to go to a separate browser. The packages and what they offered were difficult to navigate and confusing once I actually found them; if you're not offering all your packages through the app, then say so on your site (not once I get to registration), OR show me what channels I'm paying for when I register. Some links on the site were not clickable. Why do I need a separate subscription or connection to use the TV app?

There is no option to change screen ratios after the latest update. Please fix this.

The app is good for something made from maldives. However the only problem with it is that I wasn't able to connect my medianet reciever to the app until I told them about the problem in messenger. They made me a account and all is good. But the reason I downloaded the app was to watch this cooking show which was being advertised on tv. It seemed fun so I was hoping to watch it until I found out you have to charge extra inorder to watch it. I wish it was free.

Absolute garbage of an app. I was new to Medianet because usually my dad does it for me. Now that I've moved away I wanted to get it onto my phone since that's where I'm mostly at. I was confused about what I should be doing so I pressed the 'try for free' button because I wanted to see how it was like. I literally couldn't do anything, it was just the UI. The app is locked in this state even when redownload it. I can't even change my profile because of some PIN that I didn't even put in! Fix It

Medianet promotes you can watch channels from anywhere in the world with their global service. However, even with a 100Mbps fibre connection, the picture distorts every few seconds. When this issue is raised, Medianet's reply is it must be a internet issue and they can only troubleshoot if the customer is in their fibre network (meaning in Maldives). Then why promote it globally? A sub par service with a horrible customer service experience. Not recommended at all. Facebook live is much better.
