I have used gunstruction before, and I reinstalled it on my new phone. It was nice that they updated the number of guns you can build in simulation. It originally allowed you to build AR-15s and AR-10s, and now you can build Remington 700s, Glocks, MP5s, and Remington 870s. However, with those updates, it still has its issues. When I used the app to build certain guns, I would get stuck on pages, and I wouldn't be able to back out of it. And I would have to force stop the app and start over

This app has slowly degraded to junk. Used to have a ton of useful stuff, and had great compatibility checking, and prices were actually there. Everything in app now is old, and a bunch of stuff has been removed that is still available. Hasn't had any real new items added, not new new but even stuff that's been around. The compatibility checking has gone downhill, and the color selection for doing virtual paint jobs is just terrible, the colors aren't correct to what it says.

A pretty comprehensive and involved app for toying around with assorted firearm builds. The only gripes are minor ones, and they really don't hurt the app at all: 1) Some of the parts aren't quite to scale 2) There is a lot of aftermarket parts that aren't available in-app for some of the firearms 3) A few of the part tabs for a few of the firearms trap you in a loading screen (these would be the G3 (steel pistol grip), and the AR-308).

I just bought the full version of this app as I remembered how useful it was on my old phone to check parts compatibility and overall build weight. This time it was a total waste of $4.99 due to 2/3 (or more) of the parts that used to be in the full game being gone. It is a shadow of its former self and no longer a useful tool as it just doesn't have enough options. Bring back the old inventory!

This app is a fun and interactive way to plan your next build! I use this tool to plan upgrades on my current builds and brainstorm new setups altogether. I can pick which parts I want and how they're configured, see how much parts cost and where to find them, and even choose how I want to paint my builds to see how the final product will look! My only wish is they'd add some more brands and parts, but the library is definitely extensive enough to get started!

It drains the battery on my Pixel 3 pretty fast, but runs great. There are a ridiculous number of parts, especially for the more popular firearms. The downside is, it takes a bit to load some parts and screens. The 3D models are pretty high quality, so I imagine that's why. All in all Im still giving it 5 stars because it's a fantastic tool. Incompatible parts are marked/hidden with prices on most parts. The devs just need to make optimizations for it run on a wider range of devices.

Paid for full version when the app came out. Redownloaded on new phone with all the power and now I can't get attachments to... Attach. For example, on ARs, I can't get ANY red dot to attach to mounts. Yes they are compatible. The mounts won't even attach to the upper receiver.. Yikes. Also, trying to attach a modular(mlok) accessory to an mlok rail just doesn't work. Attachments used to "magnetize" to the rail/mount when close enough and it's just not working. Can't even mount a dot. Egregious

This is a great app but there are a few issues: While adding accessories, rifles rotates in 90° increments, and 45° in 2 locations. Every rotational movement should be 45°. Geissele MK4 rail has MLOK at the 10:30 and 1:30 locations, but those sections do not function as mlok in the app. If you flip accessories, save, then reopen the build, flipped accessories will default to original orientation. Colors are still off. Ex magpul FDE: magpul FDE sight colors don't match magpul FDE paint.
