I really like the UI, how the types and charging powers of available stations are understandable at a glance, and the filters are nice and useful. But I'm reviewing because of the customer support. I first messaged to add a charger, but then also reported a bug, and got a proactive reply on both from a manager, taking my feedback seriously. I refined my report, and in a couple days they had published a patch to fix it, all while maintaining excellent communication. A+, folks!

Hope you can add more motorcycles. Zero has been around longer and has many more machines on the road than Livewire. Better yet, it would be awesome to have a customizable vehicle type and the user can put in the specs for thier vehicle. Might not be perfect but could be close enough.

I use two apps to plan charging stations in my 2020 Taycan. I had always used plugshare because most people use that sight to write comments about charging success. but the dirty little secret is that most chargers out there are 400V chargers which means even at 20% SOC I'm only going to get 150KW in a 200KW charger. Chargway identifies the speed my car is going to get. I choose one then double check Plugshare as not as many people are leaving comments on Chargeway yet.

I like what I see of the app. One improvement that would be nice is if you could set your choice for a route instead of the app picking the route. It would be better when you know where the chargers are at if you could pick your route based off of that information. Also let us add or delete charging stations to a route like Plug Share does.

I've just installed it after watching the State of Charge interview and it seems very user friendly. I like the simple interface and the estimated charge time based on station and car capability combined with current charge level. Also the fact that clicking on a station provides pricing information. Next step would be estimating my charge level by the time I get to that station and then calculating what the charging session will cost me. 🤞

You can actually skip signing up for an account, but incredibly, while it goes to the main map (so it clearly works without an account) it won't even show charging stations. Wow that's terrible. Uninstalled. Edit: yeah, plugshare offers that too, without an account. You just use filters; it's not hard. You still fail to understand, the account clearly isn't necessary, which means the only point of this app is harvesting your data, not actually being useful.

Seems like a good start but still have a ways to go. App says poor internet connection. I'm 5 feet from the router, full wifi signal and surfing the web fine otherwise. I promise it's not me, it's you. Nothing else seems to load or work on the app but you can see a shell of what they're looking to accomplish. Fix that up and you'll have a decent app.

The app won't allow you to do anything useful without an account, but it also wouldn't allow me to set up an account. The pop-up prompted me to enter a phone number to get started, but I couldn't enter one. There was no field for the number. "Continue" was grayed out. Only the "Skip" button would work. This app was unusable on my phone, and since it won't work with Android Auto anyway, I'll find something else.
