I received this for Christmas and love it! Well, that was up until Daylight savings came along. Now the frame won't keep the time on it. I have to reset the time every night when I notice it doesn't go into sleep mode. No matter what I do it always reverts back to an hour prior than what the current time is. I made sure it was on the correct time zone and on daylight savings and everyday it goes back an hour. Just sucks when I need it to go into the sleep mode as I sleep in complete darkness!

So easy to use. Seamlessly works with our frame. 3 family members upload pics to it, and it's a nice surprise to see new pics appear. Timer setting for certain hours, so we don't have to turn it off and on. The only improvement I'd make is: load image meta data to display date photo was taken. It adds upload date, but not photo date, (must add manual comment). UPDATE: Won't upload pics direct from PC, (except by SD card or lead). Inconvenient when adding old scanned photos.

Purchased as a gift. It's not good. Adding pictures is a huge pain. You can only send 10 at a time without adding a premium membership for each device adding. It's $17ish/year, which isn't a lot, but I could go broke on things that are cheap because there's millions of them. You have to click an "add" button 4 times after selection to add, and you can't go look at what you've already added. Most pictures do not fit well. DO NOT recommend. Trash app and I regret the purchase.-thanks I'll send one

Great idea, poorly executed and to charge a monthly fee to get 'extra' features which should be standard is unconscionable. I have no problems paying for apps that provide access to data which costs money to acquire but to pay upfront for the 'Frame' then charge for an app that is needed to do more than very basic features is wrong. At least 2 or 3 years should be included 'with the purchase' for 1 to 3 users. + the frame is advertised as 16:9 (ie UHD TV size and shape) when it is really 16:10

Company getting greedy and hiding stuff behind a subscription service, won't Reccomend to friends anymore. Think I'm responsible for 10 of their sales so kinda embarrassed now. I'd understand if it were just cloud based services hidden by subscription but limiting 10 photos per upload is ridiculous. When I first got the frame it didn't have a 10 photo limit so setup was easy. I'd be pretty annoyed if I spent a couple of hundred then had to pay to avoid a laggy setup

Nice way to send pictures to a photo frame at my "not so tech savvy parents". I just have some comments. First, there is no way to see what the picture will actually look like if you're uploading remotely from a phone. There are times when the pictures is cropped the wrong way. Second, I wish there were more sources for photos, eg. Google photos, sftp, etc.

Why is the software made so that every photo is cut off and only certain portions of it can be viewed in the frame? The Skylight frame is much better in that way, no need to pick which part of the photo the viewer can see in the frame. Only gets an extra star because the captions are free to add (paid feature on comparable frames like Skylight).

My sister got this as a gift for my grandma so we can add photos easily from all over the country. App is easy to use, but is so limited on functions. When I upload a photo, I can't adjust the size or the part of the photo I want to show, and it's even worse to choose the circle of the "most important part". I have a few photos I didn't upload because the photo won't show the full family or the circle will not encompass what I want.
