Great app. The battery history chart feature is very useful. I don't really use the other settings but I do have to say that I don't really care for the constant warning that the notifications permission is not granted. I don't need another persistent notification and I don't like the things that live in my phone to be so pushy, that's why I'm docking a star. Otherwise it's the best battery widget I've found.

April 2019: This has been a very reliable battery monitor for me on many devices over years. Now, new device, the "charger unplugged" time shown in the app resets from time to time Update December 2019: That device has just updated to Android 10. Now, the widget and the app both show the battery percentage stuck on whatever it was when the app first started. The only way to get it to show a new percentage is to force-close it, but then it's stuck on the battery level at the time you did that. Update February 2020: The app has now been updated, and works properly with Android 10. Thank you Tomas

Edit: Giving this a 5 star rating again since the last technical issue I had with it was resolved but now I'm having an issue where the widget in the notification pull down keeps crashing since the last update. The app still deserves 5 stars so I will leave it at that. Hopefully the notification panel crashing will be fixed in the next update. I already tried fixing it myself following the steps on dontkillmyapp but that didn't work either.

Revising back to 5-Stars because Dev Hubalek replied immediately and with word of fix in the pipeline. Outstanding! Since its last update the Widget no longer reliably updates. Confirmed on Pixels 3 & 5a. Interestingly, placing a shortcut to the main app on the Home Screen and starting it resets the Widget to the correct charge display — I guess that forces a refresh of the Widget.

Edit: it is a shane that for some ten seconds after sleep thecwidget shows wrong - old - info. The app is good but (1) the options ovrwhelm a bit and/but (2) strangely, the widget little differentiates the charging state from the discharging state: the only difference is the presence or absence of a little arrow; and one cannot change that, so far as I can see.

Just to get to the point this is an excellent app. It does everything I need it to as far as information without the overload and too much techno nerdy stuff that I don't need. I've downloaded half a dozen different apps but deleted them and came back to this one as most accurate and reliable. While it's charging it displays information and after a while the bubble with the percentage bounces around which is quite amusing and fun. We all have our own preferences but I highly recommend this one!

This app was amazing, schedule a bedtime & all noises & unneeded radios were turned off. There is a very helpful percentage icon in the status bar & the drop down the app can give you info like how long till you phone dies... Except now it doesn't. In nightime mode the icon doesn't show the correct percentage, in the morning all the noises are still off and so are the radios (WiFi etc.) I've had this app for 10 years but my new phone this year (Moto g73 5g) just doesn't work anymore.

First, thank for getting back. However, no the problem is *NOT* app not updating. You probably didn't read my prev. message carefully. It's updating fine and the battery profile is set to "unrestricted". No problem there. The problem is: from notification, your app's service notification is "Swipable" and can be dismissed. This happens only on "Pro" version and NOT on your ad-supported version. What I want is to make it (normal again) so it's not swipe-dismissable. So when I swipe it's sticky
