No new features are being added, but consistently required to update the app. It would be different if there were new features or there were bugs that needed to be resolved, but it's just consistent updates without benefit to the user. For what it does, it works well But I don't think it needs constant updates. Adding to the review, yet another useless update. Still no new features. Lowering another star.

Volatile. So inconsistent. This app causes so many issues with my phone. The punches don't work half the time. Login works when it wants to. And then the app totally locks up my phone so that I can't even close the app without having to completely restart my phone. What an embarrassment.

Received an email to download this app along with a video explaining app features which made the app appear appealing. However, after clearing space for the download, downloading the app and going through the entire setup, I'm wondering why the video I watched bares no resemblance to the app I ended up with!!! I suppose the app could potentially serve as a virtual paycheck stub, but so does the Chime app that holds my direct deposit, so... this app will more than likely be deleted.

This is literally the worst app ever created. Nothing ever works right, 90% of the time I can't clock in or out or clock lunch. Most of the time I can't even get on the app no matter what I do. I uninstall and reinstall, I restart the phone, I switch wifi on and off. Nothing works. Who created this worthless thing! Hire someone with knowledge to fix it, gawwwwwd! 😡

Awful app. If you change WiFi it will make you do verification again even if you tell it not to. Sometimes even if you don't change WiFi. It can take minutes to load and struggles if you do anything other than clock in and out. And now when I log in it says to update but when I click "update now" (the only option) it takes me here where I can uninstall (if work didn't force me to use it I'd never use it) or open. Which uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't update it. Useless.

Way too many updates. When it's time to clock in for work there is an update I can't even clock in, this app will cause somebody to lose their job for tardiness. And loads extremely slow. I've asked around and everyone is having the same problem. What's entering your username and password it takes about two whole minutes to load the page .

Requiring an update to log in, but not having the update available in the playstore is just another gripe in a long list. The Paychex Time app was great, worked quickly, and never had issues. The Flex app itself takes forever to sign in, has no option to stay signed in, and is clunky enough that pulling out a laptop and signing into the website is almost always the correct option.

This might be the most annoying, unusable app out there. It constantly has to text you for verification to let you sign in. Sometimes 5-6 times in a row... At what point does it just know that it's me... It's the same device, the same everything. Also, it's super slow to load. Literally if your company has you use this to clock in, expect to need to sign in a couple minutes early because it will absolutely take that long for the app to load. This app needs to be simplified. It's a total mess.
