It's a good app. There aren't any frills (that's a compliment here) and it is incredibly easy to navigate. I also like that the colors aren't bright. Although, maybe that's just my phone.

Does what it's supposed to do, but search could be improved. Its really bare bones. You can't sort by genre, fiction vs nonfiction, or juvenile vs adult. There is an advanced search, but all it does is allow you to add more keywords. (Adding things like nonfiction or juvenile as a keyword doesn't work)

I love this app and use it multiple times a week. I like the convenience of an app vs logging in to the website every time I need to access my account. My only complaint is that items can only be renewed one at a time. It would be great if it was updated so that you could select multiple items to renew at once. Edited to answer questions** I renew 2-30 books and when I have a lot at one time, it takes a while to click on each one individually and wait for it to renew. Thx for considering!

App is sort of user friendly- a separate login window opens everytime you have to do anything, which is irritating, and adding things to your lists does not always work. It's extremely frustrating to try to save books for later and be completely unable to, even though the app tells you it saved it to your list 🙃

Very Thorough. The app has more than you would expect. The organization is excellent and the interface is always clean and easy to understand. You can even pull up a digital copy of your library card. The developer clearly put a lot of thought into this design. It's biggest weakness remains the GA Pines database itself, which is back-achingly slow no matter what system you use to access it.

I use this app to reserve books for my 6 year old, a huge fan of super heroes and ninja turtles. Easy to use and having the staff locate and have the books ready when you arrive is great. The only thing I can suggest is having the app keep a record of book titles that have been checked out through the app. With the type books my son enjoys, the titles seem to blend together. The record would be a great way of making sure you don't reserve a title you have read. Thank you for the info. 5 stars.

Mostly user friendly interface, but it's sooooo slooooow. It takes forever to "connect to server," and sometimes it'll just freeze. So I'll have to clear it and clear the cache to get it started again. But the times it works, it's pretty good.

I LOVE this app so much It's very helpful and it can help me browse books But I have a few problems There's a glitch where they'll have a book at my library that I've seen with my own eyes but when I look it up it's not there on the app And also I really wish I could look up books in different genres than just having to look for a specific book in the search bar
