can't receive notifications despite reinstalling app, going through all the suggested steps to remedy the issue. Also, the in-app "report a problem" form doesn't work correctly.... you can type your email address into the form, but as soon as you move on to the comments box, your email address disappears and because that's a required field, you can't submit the report.

good app when it decides it wants to work for months now I keep turning on the notifications for it and the day before it's to go off its some how turned off the notifications on me with me touching the settings... I go in turn it back on, and every week it repeats. would love to know why the app has the power to just turn off its own options that I've had saved every week.

Notifications rarely work. Tried turning off & on again, deleting & reinstalling, nothing works. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a city that arbitrarily halves their garbage and recycling pickup from weekly to biweekly and keeps the rates the same.

No notifications! I think it worked a few times. I miss the old text messages which worked 100% of the time. One star until fixed. 3 years later and still absolute trash

Notification reminders just decide to stop working periodically even though my notifications are allowed and on for it. Terrible app. in response to the developers reply: I literally contacted the development team and they said they would look into it and follow up, literally nothing happened no follow up no solution. I also contacted the city of Kamloops and literally no one cared that the app worked or not. Absolute waste of my time.
A Google user
A bit of a fail if this is to promote an Eco-friendly mindset. Some items can be taken in to another depot, but it says at the bottom that they can be put in the garbage too. I understand that they technically can go in the garbage bins, but I think it's important that to be "waste wise" we try NOT to throw them in the garbage. If people can't access recycling depots let's devise a way they can! And can you make a quick list for recycling numbers on bags, so I don't have to search individually?

It would probably be more helpful if notifications worked all the time. It's varies from week to week as to whether I'll get an alert or not about garbage pickup. Seems to depend on the weather or how much smoke is in the air or something.

Great app, there is a category inside the app, where you can set notifications and notification times. This may be helpful for some usets, as a number of people seemed to have some troubles. There are also tabs leading to information.
