Lost notification reminder for about a month now. It worked great for years, but no longer. Unable to get it to work even after clearing data and reloading. Checked phone notification settings and all looks fine. Submitted a problem report and got a confirmation but no fix yet. The app is nice to have when it works. Update (4/8/35) the notifications started to work today. I have no ideal why, since there was no app update and I didn't change anything on my phone. Back to 4 stars.

It's a good reminder as to what will be picked up. Also convenient for notifying the company if it misses a pickup. However, it's a very basic app. I try to use it to find out where I can recycle things that aren't included in the weekly pickup or to find out costs if I need to put out extra recycling or yard waste and that information is not available.

Very user friendly, my favorite feature is the custom reminder notification because my schedule is very irratic and so it's easy to lose track of other scheduled responsibilite's plus the reminder of Recycling vs Yardwaste is a life saver!

User friendly app. Can pay your bill, report missed pickups and has all the contact info you need. The app also reminds you which bins go out the next day and will notify you of alternate pickup schedules for holidays or inclement weather issues.

EXCELLENT APP!!! I set the the reminder for the evening before pick-up day and I know if it is both trash and recycle or just trash. Since our collection time is early morning, I can place the cans at the curb the night before and not worry about missing the trucks. Very Helpful!!!

probably one of the most useful apps I've ever had. reminds of collection days, if it's trash & recycle, holiday modifications, & has a useful FAQ so I don't ever have to call them. more companies should learn from Murray's on how to operate an app.

I am getting the error saying no internet connection. You need to fix the app so people can use it again. I use to like getting the notification the night before on what week it is for recycling. Now I can't even use the app at all.
