Great app overall. Very convenient reminders, schedules, exception updates and even helps me sort recycling. Update: notifications fixed. City was responsive and quick to fix an error in street name. I don't find the item search very useful; you have to know what to call it before you can search it.

Schedules change without notice and notifications are spotty at best. If you are going to cancel a pick up, notifications should be send BEFORE 8:00am, otherwise the bins will already be on the road as required.

Real helpful. Our last place had dumpsters. The new one has weekly pick up. I always forget. This app helps a lot. It turned itself off for a while though. That was frustrating. It's back up now though.

It's a great idea, when it works...in the last 8 weeks I've had one notification to remind me of pick up day. Thank god I have a nice neighbor to bring it out when I don't get notified. Your app development team needs to fix this ASAP!

This is an excellent reminder tool, as well as a resource to quickly find out what bin to put something into. Also this you get texts if your pickup is cancelled or delayed due to weather or equipment failure etc. Recommend this.

Totally reliable. I still feel good about the app, but might be good to have the app notify an email app for a bit more utility. The idea is not worth spending a lot of dollars, but if it's a simple change, that would be appreciated.

Every Nanaimo resident should have the app. It's great and the search option is great for young people learning how to reduce, reuse and recycle. I tell my teens often to search in the app to find out what bin an item goes into. Thanks Nanaimo

I like how the app gives the notice of whether it's a recycle day or a garbage day the day previous to pickup day. Excellent. Seeing the annoying continual day changes after the many stat holidays. very functional app.
