When I use the USB adapter it shows I'm connected, but none of the settings in the app will change the sound on my pedal. Also, when I go to the community it shows I'm disconnected, but when I return to my pedal home it suddenly shows connected again? This app is very disappointing, I've owned my pedal for over a year, and have never been able to use this app.

Vertigo owner here. Very frequently in the app, when changing from one type of tremolo to another, The app displays the new premolo type, but does not change any settings in the pedal itself. So nothing actually changes in the sound. Why must this app be so glitchy. It really makes me regret buying the pedal.

App does not work with my C4. Previous version functioned marvelously. Fix it or let us download the old version please. 26 Oct 2024, the new update added additional TRS calibration but the app still does not work properly. 19 Nov 2024, no updates or communication from Source Audio. App still does not function. Changing to one star.

I love the Collider. The desktop version works great. Unfortunately, the app doesn't. I can't connect the pedal to my bluetooth adapter. When I try to connect it with a cable directly to my phone, the app says the pedal is connected but nothing I click on in the app affects the pedal. Parameter changes on the app don't do anything nor does clicking on a preset. Very frustrating.

I play bass guitar and I love the C4 synth pedal. My problem is with the app. I've used the old nuero app for many years, finding incredible sounds in the community. Unfortunately the newest update has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. Logging in shouldn't be this difficult. Also haven't had luck connecting the pedal to my android phone and/or Chromebook. I'm going to keep trying, but hopefully they can update the app and fix these things

Garbage. Can't be accessed at all without making an account. Factory reset sets all the delays to tape (Surely that's not how it's shipped from factory?) but doesn't turn off preset extension mode. There is zero help within the app (well, asides from how to plug the cable in between the phone & pedal..). What does burn do? What does send all do? Well, you have to trawl through the pdf manual or watch 4 x 7min tutorial videos from 6 years ago that use a previous app version to figure that out.

App needs a lot of work. - Cannot view the details of the presets being browsed. This is especially egregious because there's no way to see what the control knobs do for a given preset. - I should be able to hide pedals I don't own so I don't have to scroll through them *every* *single* *time* - Community filter doesn't allow me to filter by compatible pedals (broken) - Often have to send present repeatedly before pedal receives it Fix these it I guarantee I'll be returning my pedal!

The app just doesn't work that well. You'd think that for the $ you lay out for the pedal(s) they'd figure out how to create an app that functions smoothly and properly. But no. It has been out for years and is still buggy and problematic. I'm about to sell my Ventris because I'm unable to get the app to function as it should and I can't adjust certain parameters. The failure of the app defeats the entire purpose of the pedal (i.e. being able to fine tune *everything*!)
