1.0.69 replaces the in-built file selector with the recents app, which is laggy and horrible, and recently it just stopped working entirely, trying to begin playback and the app just freezes up. Why you gotta mess with success? Rolled back to .68 (Google is your friend) and everything was fixed, same for MIDI Player.

I am new to playing with MIDI. All I was trying to achieve is to play MIDI files on my Roland keyboard via a DOREMIDI MTB-22 Pro. Your app seems to have everything I need. My phone is a Samsung A33 running Android 14 and One UI 6.1. The problem seems to be that the app does not have access to BT APIs. So is unable to initiate the pairing process with the MTB-22 device. I have been able to do this via other apps, but they don't have the functionality I am looking for.

The new update removed the ability to export as wav files. In addition to that, it will now force you to use your proprietary file opening software, resulting in file searching being a big mess now. Should've just did small bug fixes instead of changing the overall experience of the app. I'm going to go find an apk of the old version and use it until it's incompatible with my device.

A great player/exporter for midis to many other formats. Definitely recommend. I will say, however, that it works better on my old A11 Android. When exporting a midi as an OGG file on the A54, the program throws a null pointer error. I've been having to work around it by emailing the midis to myself and opening them with the old phone. I would like to see this issue fixed.

Good app. Does fit my needs (I am learning to play the piano). The only problem I encounter is setting a specific play speed (tempo). It should have a button (+ - or < > ) in combination with the bar, for more accurate speed changes. Also it could be great an option to automatically continue playing the next file in the folder.

I love this app! (I just have 2 problems) 1. When exporting midi files, it doesn't convert to ogg. It automatically becomes a wav. 2. When converting midi's to wav. It cuts the audio 3 or 2 seconds early at the very end of the files/songs you convert if that makes any scenes. So a quick fix on that could be nice!! Other than that! I love the app! Useful and helps me not have to use my pc to edit midi files and export them! I'm glad I can also use soundfonts too! ^^

Very intuitive midi file player that has just the right level of customisation. You can replace the stock soundfont with a higher quality one and individual channels can be (volume) mixed to your preference or muted. You can also assign instruments to each channel, replacing bass guitar with tuba for example. Even more features available in the paid version of the app. Ideal for musicians to practise with backing tracks. Thanks to the developer for a well thought out and really useful app.

Excellent! Love this App! I was able to open a MIDI File, change the instruments which was great fun. I wanted to Export the changes, which requires switching to Premium, which is fine, but the Google Play Review and Agree prompt's "Agree" button was not responding, so I couldnt do it 😦😖😭
