Annoying ads each time the widget is tapped to turn off screen. Absolute garbage

I've been using this for years and it was always reliable. I went to install this on a new Pixel 9 phone with Android 15 and the installation process has a glitch. When it puts up that annoying ad. The "continue" button is unresponsive. I got around this by put the phone in landscape orientation. Hopefully the developer will fix this issue soon.

Recent update stopped it from working. Had to enable something in settings. I've been using this app for a while now and it's about the only one that allows fingerprint unlock, so good job. Update: Sorry, it keeps asking me to redo the access in settings, and shows some annoying ads that you have to wait for before proceeding. I need to uninstall this app, as much as I liked it before the recent changes.

It used to work flawlessly on Android 5 & 6 but in Android 12 it keeps crashing. At times, after using the phone, when I tap to switch off & lock the screen, it tells me that the app needs to be activated. Then I have to go to the Accessibility Options and first stop the service and then restart again then go to '"Downloaded Apps" & go and re-activate it. But I'll still give 5 stars... Please let me know if I'm missing out on something else! Thanks.

Simple, powerful, effective. Just works! Lock your phone with a single tap and when you wake it up again via fingerprint, power button etc, it's locked and requires pin entry, pattern, face unlock, whatever unlock method you usually use. Nice little software solution that can be used in place of a hardware button, or in conjunction with it. Great little app.

unusable. i don't mind ads but after the initial ad the next one takes up the setup screen and i can't interact with any of the buttons. tried restarting the app several times and the only thing i can interact with are ads.

Been using this app for months or even years and i had no issues until reccently. Sadly the app keeps asking me to enable something in my settings which i already done a dozen times. Also the ADS! since when did this been a thing? It's a harsh review but the devs ask for it. They ruined the pleasure i experience with this app.

Brilliant app! You tap it, and it turns off the phone & locks it! Exactly what it says it will do! I have tried other apps for this single function, and one almost made it except half the time it never played the 'lock' sound which I like. This is 100% robust and plays it every time. EDIT recently updated & didn't work as it did, however after some very useful comms with a very friendly developer, v4.2.1 sees it now back to being a 5 star app! Brilliant...
