Fairly good app but lacks a few important things. The setting that stops it displaying temperature in F (Celsius used in UK/EU) is very hard to find and filed somewhere you wouldn't expect it. We leave our camera on all day but there's no button in the app to stop notifications, power usage etc. when not needed. The interface on the Vtech unit is poor and unreliable, not clear how the phone, unit and camera relate to each other. Why isn't it automatic?

Was an decent 4* app, but like another user here we've been getting constant "Humidity out of range" notifications every minute or so, even when the humidity is within limit. We are using the latest versions of the app and it happens on Android and Apple, so not sure what they have broken with the latest update!? There is no way in the app or basestation to turn these warnings off.

overall convienent way to use the monitor while moving around the house, quite annoying that only one phone can be synced to monitor at a time. I understand only one can actively be watching the monitor via the app at any time, but essentially my husband and I cannot both have the app on our phone synced to the monitor.

This app is equal parts handy and frustrating. Having remote access is great for peace of mind if kids are with a babysitter etc, but it frequently has connection issues. In the past few days I have also suddenly started getting constant notifications about humidity being out of range, despite it being the same as it always has. There is no option I can find to set a range or turn off the alert in the app, so the only solution has been to silence all notifications which isnt ideal.

The app works great with my old vtech monitor. I recently bought a 2 camera system. Now, whenever I am not on my home wi-fi, those 2 cameras ALWAYS say offline and won't reconnect until I'm home again. Meanwhile, my old monitor is still online and available. I just don't understand. What's the point of the app if it only works when I'm home and have access to the parent unit! Edit: it's been working now, not sure what the issue was. It's probably not the app itself since my old camera was fine

I've tried a minimum of 50 times to sync my baby monitor to the app and I get this same pop up "cameras offline" every single time. It's frustrating as hell, and the app was the only reason I went with this particular unit. ETA: after following the instructions given by their reply, it won't connect to wifi at all. So now instead of just not being able to use the app, I can't use the unit period. Thanks 😒

Met our needs until recently. Now, app no longer connects. Definitely an issue specific to the app as it works when app is force closed and restarted, but stops as soon as we close/minimize the app and return to it. Once bug is fixed, would be happy to upgrade to 4 stars. Only other preferred improvement would be a visual indicator of audio level like on the parent unit.

Constant issues between the app on mobile and the in hand tablet. Whether it's wifi or direct connection based. Edit 9/23/24: in response to the developer, I shouldn't have to do this every time there's an issue with the app or parents tablet. That's says a lot about the stability of the relationship between the app and the tablet. This happens more times than I can count. Update 10/21/24 still have issues connecting to cameras even though I did what the developers mentioned on many occasions
