Experiencing technical issues on the app since the major update months ago. Every time I click on a Promo/Reward coupon on the hone screen, the app crashes. But I can add the coupon to my order before checking out. Also, 2/3 of the time when scrolling down the menu, the app won't allow me to scroll back up. I have to reload the page to get back to the top. Tried clearing cache/data, logging out/in, and reinstalling the app. None of that fixed it.

Since the update, I can't log in. Tried creating a new account, but because my phone number is linked to the one I can't access, I can't create a new account either. Tried the link through Facebook, but that just makes the login spaz out. Tried resetting the password, but it won't send a link to my email to do it. Looks like I've lost all my points. I've been using the app for 6+ years.

Unreliable. Tried to use on 7/5 to purchase drinks to pickup. Wouldn't accept any of my credit cards so I had to load money on the app. After doing that, I see 2 charges on my credit card! Those were gone in a few days. Then on 7/15 I tried to use the funds I had loaded to the app, and they didnt scan so I couldn't use them. The cashier said she would put a ticket in. Very frustrating. I tried to contact customer service, but they are not offering anything for the hassle & dont seem competent.

I've been trying to log in since January. I've tried numerous times, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app... I've tried resetting my password. It sends me a reset email, it takes me to the website to make a new password, I enter a new password and then it says "403 Forbidden". I'm just DONE. I've been loyal for many years, I've been going to Starbucks the last six months. Tried Coffee Bean app again today, updated the app, still can't change password to get in. I QUIT.

Update: 7/11/24. I updated the app and now I can't log in. I emailed the help people, but they just give suggestions to fix it but nothing works! This app is inconvenient to use. It won't let you load more money when you are trying to place an order. You have to add ingredients to a drink that is supposed to already be in thr drink from the name of it. It won't let me place an order from my previous orders even the option is there. Please make this app more user friendly

Coffeebean, overall ranks number 1 over their competitors in their coffee beverages, rather they be hot 🔥, iced 🧊 or frozen. Unfortunately, their overall experience falls short of a perfect score, in my opinion. App is poorly designed. One main reason; the fact you have to buy a gift card then use that to pay for your order is to much. All dynamics of the app should be quick, easy and convenient.

Ever since a few months ago, the app gives me an error when I try to log in. The support team has tried resetting my password multiple times (and I'm able to successfully change my password -- I can log on to the web site), but the app locks ne out. I loaded a gift card onto the app months ago, but I can't access my remaining balance because I need to be logged into the app. Beware: Don't load your gift cards into the app, or you may lose your money. if you ever lose the ability to log in.

This app is terrible, and the customer assistance is even worse! A week ago the app sent me HUNDREDS of notifications, all evening long. I couldn't stop it, nothing worked, so I uninstalled it (notifications continued even after the uninstall, which had to be done TWICE!!) Yesterday I tried to log in, with google so I know the creds were correct, and it wouldn't accept them. Changed passwords, 8 or 9 times, nothing worked. So basically, the app is useless AND it stole my balance.
