The rating relates to stability, not content. Nothing more frustrating and annoying when listening to content, especially meditations, and the app crashes. The content is great but also not a fan of the layout but can live with it so long as the app works properly. Happy to update this review if I see improvements. For now, I'll use something else for meditation. I've had a paid membership now for over a year and I don't recall it crashing this much as it has in the last several months.

The courses are great but I do not recommend getting a paid membership because the videos keep stopping randomly and the app crashes. I've been trying to use the app for 4 months and the September update did not fix these issues. Very useless and deceiving when you are doing meditation and it stops. Customer service was no help.

very disappointing. I started a free trial but was never able to access anything because the app continually kept stopping before any courses would display. In good faith I cannot give any stars for this experience as I was never able to access any content, but could not post my experience unless I awarded a star. Today I am uninstalling this app from my device.

I downloaded the app to stream cast the course I bought to my roku and it never works with this app. I get a few minutes into my video and then the loading circle pops up indefinitely until I reboot the phone. Even closing the app and reopening doesn't help. It also takes way too many clicks to get back to where you were in the app. It's actually easier to save the course's home page on my browser and click the new class I want everyday than to use this app. And the streaming is more reliable.

After updating the app, I've been automatically logged out twice. When I try to sign in again, it says invalid email. When I request a password reset, I follow the prompts sent to my email. After all the resets. And updating the app on Android. I try and sign in again on the app... Just to get the red notice : invalid email...again. I really hope you can fix this frustrating glitch!

Developed by someone who hates the human race. The last thing you want when you're trying to relax and be good to yourself is to end up so frustrated you are yelling at your device. This whole interface is the opposite of intuitive, the search function is the worst I've ever seen, the filters don't work at all, the key word search is completely useless, videos marked complete do not save the next time you log in. You can't favorite a course& it doesn't remember where you left off. Hate it.

Fantastic idea! Great teachers! Too bad they can't design an app that works!! I PAID money that i work for to get a membership. Your app needs to work if people pay for it. If it was free and didnt work that would be one thing. But your taking peoples money for a service that only works a third of the time. Integrity is really out of style.

Put in my payment method multiple times (even tried different payment methods) and was never given access. Messaged customer service who lagged in their response. Ended up cancelling the subscription before the trial period was over. Got an email this morning that they still tried to charge me, even though the subscription is cancelled on my end. The platform is messy and not user-friendly. Lost a customer here.
