Very non functional app. No one accepts your request. Even if you cancel, the driver is still able to call and connect.

There at lot of issues with this application. Some times when I request taxi it shows no taxi available, then after 30 to 40mins some taxi driver will calls me saying that he waiting at the location... Some times the booking gets confirmed and 2 taxis comes at the same time... Even after reporting this issue to customer care, it is not resolved.

The service was good, but the app has numerous issues. There are many defects, including an invalid OTP error during login, even when entering the correct OTP. I tried multiple times with the same result.

تطبيق غريب .. حملته وحذفته في اليوم نفسه .. مشوار على كل التطبيقات تكلفته 20 ريال .. هذا التطبيق يرتفع بنسبة 35%.. وتكلفته أكثر من 30 ريال .. فضلا عن وقت الانتظار الطويل لا أوصي ابدا باستعمال هذا التطبيق Strange application.. I downloaded it and deleted it on the same day.. A trip on all applications costs 20 riyals.. This application increases by 35%.. and costs more than 30 riyals.. In addition to the long waiting time I do not recommend using this application at all

Bad customer service. How many times i called about my incident in the taxi driver coz i want them to remove the "i need to pay ride" tru my card which is i already paid the driver tru cash! Uts been a week but nothing actions! They said that they book a ticket about my complain but they didn't take an action.
