I have problems that I have called about several times. Neither of my doors to my front and back door bells work, and my back door lock is not on my system at all. I can't turn on my sensors as they go off several times during the day. I have been promised technicians to come here to fix this, but no one has come. I chose this system in October 2021. This is the New Year soon, and nothing has been done to help me. So, I definitely do NOT recommend STANLEY if you want any kind of service.

Requires a lot of access to my phone, contacts, etc for just monitoring my home security system. I seem to be just giving a different person access to all the things i want to protect. After validating who i am, the rest is none of their business.

After a while, it does not send notice/texts in order, and misses some alerts that are important. Disappointed, considering how costly the monthly fee for alarm monitoring. Reinstalling app to see if it fixes the problem.

App is very user friendly. We had one very minor problem, tech services immediately told me how to fix it and problem is gone. Great service.

Needs a delete all button to delete saved videos Sometimes I get the notifications right away .. sometimes I don't I have deleted hundreds of saved videos only for them to all come back
