I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent changes made to the app. The removal of the feature that allowed users to report issues within the app, such as street lights being out, traffic lights, broken trash can lids, and more, is a significant downgrade in the app's functionality. This feature was extremely useful and made it easy for users to report issues that needed to be addressed. I urge you to reconsider this decision and reinstate the reporting feature ASAP!!!

My recycling was missed this past week. If it has happened to you, you know it can be frustrating. I was able to file a missed pickup report on the app. The city called me at 8:30 the next morning and sent a truck to my house 30 minutes later. I had been extremely frustrated by this, but the city made it right and fixed it quickly. It was an extremely easy process and I recommend all Greensboro residents download the app.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but in this new version, the push reminder notification does not appear to have a "snooze" function, so I cannot snooze it to reminind me later when I am home. The reminders previously had that.

the other app was easier to use more friendly this app is irritating I cannot figure out what I can or cannot recycle I cannot get an answer to what the rodeo recycling will take etc
