Really simple and efficient way to be treated for non urgent/non emergency medical care. The Providers are all licensed and experienced and work seamlessly with scheduling/ rescheduling. Providers are knowledgeable and very helpful. There is a 24 hour chat service which I used several times and it was fairly easy to get help when needed. Note, this is not a replacement for a primary care physician so make sure you still see one in-person for annual wellness exams.

Service is great, doctors have been great. It'll be good for you UNLESS you find yourself needing to interact with billing, at which point you may wait weeks or months for a response. I'm not sure it's worth it. Edit: downgraded to one star. After waiting over a month for them to follow up and fix the overcharges, they immediately overcharged me again on the next appointment. I do not recommend this app.

The doctors and the services they provide are amazing! The app, however, is so so broken. Unable to book appointments with the doctor despite them confirming they're available, the chat keeps shutting the app down by itself, wrong doctor listed as primary. Broken.

Initially had a hard time with the app not wanting to accept my payment, but that turned out to be fine. Really great experience with the doctors on here. You can go thrift and read descriptions of the doctors and find one that you think will be a good fit. I've had a great experience with both the NP I started with and the doctor that I am with now. I like being able to have an appointment from my own home but it's still face to face with a person who cares.

I'm not sure why Circle Medical has poor reviews. I found it easy to speak to a provider quickly who cared about me. As an online medical provider, they have an extra layer of issues that bound their hands. They want to help. That's my experience and I wasn't charged because she couldn't help me. Definitely not a scam.

App sucks. You can't reopen an existing ticket. Technical team, whole kind, seem incompetent. I've been waiting over a month and a half to get a refund for a double charge. Really shouldn't be that hard to resolve.

I spoke w/a provider regarding antibiotics for a tooth abscess until I could get in with my dentist today. SHE FORGOT TO SEND THEM TO MY PHARMACY. I ended up at the emergency room, 3 in the morning w chills, fever, and heartbeat irregularities (ALL KEY SYMPTOMS OF SEPSIS). from there the ER just gave them to me. Didn't hear from anyone at circle for 24 HOURS regarding the situation and there's no way to contact the doc you speak too after they hang up if they, for example, FORGOT TO CLICK SEND.

the are amazing! quick, easy, thorough, and the providers are top tier. The flexibility with seeing a provider at any time of day or night is perfect for the busy person!
