Never works when you actually need it. For example if you run out of data and need to buy more. Or you are roaming and need to turn on roaming. If I was a skeptic or conspiracy theorist I would say they do it on purpose so you end paying more. But it could be I'm really unlucky or it's a bad app ... I wonder about other people's experiences

The App never works properly. It either: constantly signs you out; never displays your usage/bill as it tries to load before signing you out again or it asks you to add a new service every time you sign in and fails to recognise the service you already have with them.

This app is fine when it works but I've been unable to open it for a couple of weeks. I have no idea how much data I have left, I can't use my data up bonus, and currently I won't be able to top up. The loading screen just goes round and round and never opens

I have been using this company since I got my first phone but I haven't had to use it for a bit I have a stupid social pass that isn't letting me cancel it and it's making me very upset and annoying I want to be able to do my stuff on my phone with no problem but it's not working I'm thinking of change I put 20 on my phone last night and. Noticed it wouldn't let me cancel my social pass can you help me

A genuinely well designed and easy to use app- When it works. I've been trying to pay my bill for 2 days but I'm physically unable thanks to the app simply not loading. Absolutely bloody useless.

Can't even open the app. Have tried for the last 4 months to open the app, doesn't go past the initial loading screen even after 10 minutes. Having to pay bills through emails cause the app doesn't even open

The whole company is horrible and doesn'tknow what they are doing. They are ending my plan and telling me to choose a new one, and the data will be erased. The helpdesk doesn't know what's going on and telling me she is not in the right team to help me. AI chat is useless, chatting keeps erasing my comment. Got someone to get a simple answer, waited for 15 mins and had to explain so much. When I started leaving the complaint and feedback, she wrapped up the conversation.

I haven't even been able to open this app in the last 3 weeks..the service is poor and over all the ball has been dropped...after years with Vodafone 20 plus I don't think I'll bother with one nz the service have been terrible
