my app is frozen at the moment, just when I needed to buy more I believe the receptionist has sent you my receipt from today's purchase. can you please do something about my frozen app.

I went to use the 'free reward' function at my local vet today and once I got through all the selection buttons the app did not provide me with access to the message containing the voucher code to give to the vet. I now have 3 unread messages in the app and can only see the 'welcome' message which won't 'read'. Ironically, the in-app review box came up just as I finished the process to get the 'free reward' code.
