Good app, very easy to use and isn't bloated with rubbish that makes it hard to find what you are looking for. I have a suggestion to improve the experience. Can we get a home screen widget that allows people to tell at a glance how much mobile data they have left and time remaining without having to open the app? A widget similar to what the My Telstra app has. Is a feature like this planned in the future?

Great customer support, app easy to use. Keep it up. 100% Australian - just ported my mobile service over as well. FTTP upgrade was very well managed. Mad if you choose anyone else. May not be the cheapest but I rate excellent service over saving a very small amount of money. You get what you pay for and Aussie BB is worth every cent.

Quick app, works well, nice interface. Dark colours, easy on the eyes. Good font choice. Instant updates on part payments of the bill, makes tracking payments easy. Unrelated to the app - dissappinted with the price of home internet plans, just cant afford it anymore as an apprentice.

Best decision you'll ever make switching to Aussie. Est service, honest won't charge you for delivering 80 to 100mbps, even though the infrastructure can only support 50mbps at best. Optus screwed us on that for years. Their honest, Australian and amazing customer support. Make the change, we did and haven't looked back.

Credit card is expirimg soon and got the replacement, so went to update credit card in the app. Problem. 2-Factor authorization is required, and if the screen locks or you switch apps for any reason, it kicks you out and forces you to go through the 2-factor rigamarole again, even if you completed that mere seconds ago. In fact, I just tried again and 2FA is absolutely impossible to complete. 2FA in general is very user-unfriendly and ineffective.

Have to now press many buttons and effectively login twice for no apparent reason just to open the app. Used to open with just a single biometric sign on. Detailed usage details (how much data you have used for the current day) no longer updates as you use data. It sits on zero usage for upload and download for the whole day and only updates at the end of the day. It's the same on two different phones so it looks like it's the app. Needs to be fixed please.
