Very neat to see all the appointments in one place. Good that it can be used to check in prior the doctor visit too. For those that make complaint about can't make appointments online or similar stuff, you are to do those manually by making a phone call or walk in. Hospital stuff are very busy and can't do everything for everyone, you know. You've got to help yourself too. Besides since this hospital is very good and popular, exercise your patience to the fullest and your rewards will worth it.

It doesn't work for foreigners, only for Thais. How hard it could be to add another part for passport number to make it work?. during the covid time, all the appointment has changed, it is "impossible" to contact via phone or you have to wait for the whole day!

UserID password problem I have registered. Set password but unable to login. It keep repeating error "wrong userID / Password. Tried to reset it. Many times bit won't working.
A Google user
Font size is too small and log in has to be signed in everytime to use the app. If you want to be secured for payment, then ask to confirm password only when procesa the payment.

Instructions on the app did not match with real instructions of the hospital. I trusted the app an nearly miss my appointment. Feedback button.... Leads to no where WTH?

Can not display in English. Why make an app that Google can not translate to English so foreigners can use it?
