UTSWMyCareUTSWMyCare, our new streamlined, one-app solution delivers an exceptional experience that UT Southwestern is known for. UTSWMyCare helps patients easily manage their health and stay connected with their provider all with a sense of security throughout their health care journey. The UTSWMyCare app provides access to medical records, lab results, messaging, prescription refills, scheduling, video visits, and wayfinding. A few features are true differentiators from other health system apps. When completing a video visit, just log into the UTSWMyCare app and have everything from the check-in, visit with your provider, and follow-up scheduling all in one place. When a visit to our main campus is essential, UTSWMyCare has a navigation feature that will give turn by turn visual and audio directions from the parking garage to the front desk at your doctor’s office. For those who prefer a ride sharing service, our patients can access Uber and Lyft from within UTSWMyCare and request a ride to any of our locations. In short, UTSWMyCare will offer a simple and convenient digital experience for our patients.

the app is great but doesn't work outside of the US borders, so when you're out of the country on vacation it is inaccessible. this is unacceptable from a customer service perspective. I understand insurance risk etc but being unable to even manage appointments when you're not in country is simply very poor design.

Had surgery on 11-06-2024 and that went very well, it seems it did the trick as far as relieving the pain I was experiencing; however, my insurance paperwork for being off work, apears to have fallen through the cracks. The insurance company has sent paperwork to be filled out by the doctors and I have hand delivered the same paperwork at my first follow up appointment. I will not receive a paycheck while I am recovering without this paperwork.

I was very excited about this app after finding and reading about it! However, the primary feature I was interested in was the wayfinding, and it doesn't work and is unclear. My goal was to locate the building and parking options, I found neither. It's unclear because one I can't waypoint to the building I want to, and also because there's no street names or other standard landmarks on a standard map when in the indoor view. Lot's of potential, but I will soley be sticking with the myChart app.

It was working great but a few days ago it completely quit working for me. Now it says it can't update and it won't let me sign in. I have un-installed it and re-installed it and it still won't work. I've talk to another person and they said they ended up having to get a new phone for the app to continue to work and that's not right. If your app quits working after so long and you have to get a new phone for it to work then there is something wrong with your app.

Absolutely the best app for the Best Hospital and medical center in the world. I highly recommend this to everyone who is a patient at UTSW. The only issue I have, is probably on my part, but after an appointment is competed, it is removed from the the app or so it appears. I would like to be able to go back and review all past appointments, not just the test results. If there's a way to do that, I'm sure there is but I can't find it, I'd like to know. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
