Acabo de descargar la app dos veces y no carga, está app no funciona

La aplicación no funciona, es un fiasco. Instale la app para hacer mis trámites de la RENIEC online pero para variar la app no funciona y solo hizo perder el tiempo y la paciencia. Porque no sorprende que en el estado todo sea defectuoso, hasta las apps que desarrollan.

Acabo de instalar la app, ni siquiera me deja entrar y me dice que no está actualizada que entre al Play Store y cuando lo hago no me deja actualizar. Para que tenemos apps para hacer todo electrónico si no van a funcionar?
