I have to do login each time I open the app in 4 steps because it does not remember credentials: 1. Login by email and password 2. Enter phone number and pesel. 3. Because I don't have PESEL I should re-enter phone number and PUK sim code. 4. I then asked to enter OTP sent by SMS. Incredibly secure and insane, seriously? Also, if you don't have QA engineers in your company, I want to let you know that reset password function is not working. You are welcome.

Everything almost perfect. I wonder why didn't they give the option of language preferences lolz. Nowadays, its just a basic thing in the applications. Every time I translate it and its really headache.

Latest version broke the method of logging in without credentials (this option no longer exists). I can't login using my credentials for more than a year now, so now I'm completely locked out. Their customer service is inexistent, filed a few reports without even getting a reply. Called them the same. The app itself is very badly designed. You'll even pay for a program, never have it working and nobody to help you with.

Terrible, first of all, after the update it does not remember the login credentials so I need to input them every single time. Secondly, the graphics are too old and too primitive and uninformative to even bother. Thirdly, I dont get any info about the date when the account will be refilled again, no time line nothing. I somehow feel the app has been abandoned by the owner. Contrary to the suggestions of developers, the application DOES NOT communicate with the Samsung Pass making login impossib

the app doesn't support english language which is so crucial thing to use app, everything is good but I need an understandable language for me so I can use the app properly, please solve this asap so I can complete my service with you and not to switch

I have tried to log in but I failed 20timee ,I don't know how to even recharge because the app keeps asking for my persel number ,I have put everything,why complicate mobile applications

In general usless app for agreement and has a lot of issues. No English support in EU country is redicules. What is more, I could log in but then I got server error. Under the description of package should be link to the details - but doesn't exist. Only activate button. I can't check details of my agreement, no info what name of package I have and I can't see the prices in my package. No preview of current calls, although I have detailed invoice turned on. So poor product.

No thank you. Found a better option. This is by far one of, if not the worst, user experiences I have ever had with an app. These people literally have me locked out of my own account because I am unable to access it through this app. I filled my account with money, but for some reason, I still can't make calls....and I am travelling. I tried to contact their customer service, and they refused to help me because they don't speak English.
