I want to highlight an issue with the Znany Lekarz app.It often provides outdated or inaccurate information about doctors and their services.I've repeatedly found situations where doctors or facilities didn't offer the listed services or weren't available.This wastes time and frustrates users who rely on the app for health matters.I believe the developers should better update and verify data to ensure accurate information.I hope the team will consider this and improve the quality of services.

Come on guys, how long has this app been in production? Why is it so hard to use? Do you ever use ot yourselves? UX is broken, it constantly takes me out of my search results and I have to start all over again. Half the time it returns server errors. For the past 10 minutes I can't do anything because I see a 401! If I'm not authenticated (I am though) why do you let me take the action in the UI? Why are you showing me a server error instead of giving me some human readable instructions?

Unfortunately, it is not available in English. Even the UI is not available in English. Although they have the option to choose an English speaking doctor. The app on itself does not provide the UI in English.

Works well for my introvertism. Thank you to the creators and developers 🙏 I'm grateful not to have to make appointments through phone.

EDIT: It works on my friends phone though. She has Android 12 and mine is 10. Does it mean that this app doesn't support older versions? The app doesn't work since more than a week. It constantly redirects to the browser version and makes it unable to see conversations with the doctors. Not sure what happened but please fix it as soon as possible

I do not recommend this page. Due to technical error of app, payment for appointment was charged twice. However, technical support could see only one of it and returned only one. For other payment (150 zł), customer service advised to contact my bank for chargeback, as they do not see it in system. Service did not take resposibility for it's service technical error and now I need to loose my time to contact my bank. I feel very dissappointed, they don't have control over customer payments.

You force people to download the app to use the messaging portal (it's essential and required that I can write to my doctor!!) But the app does not have any translation options! I used to be able to translate on the web browser but now that you've blocked this function I can no longer send messages. Please allow translation or allow use of messaging on the web, this is detrimental to patient communication

Horrible experience. I am Italian and i live in Italy. When trying the download the app, it prompts "it is not available in you country". After few clicks (I insisted) it takes me to a page I believe in Polish language... And prompts for download. Pity i do not speak Polish...
