Very poor response, I'm unable to register on the app, I'm not getting bills for almost a year. Thought I will be able to access and download but all in vein. I wrote email to the admin but nothing is done to help me.

It's really disgusting to find it the most unfunctionable app experienced so far. I am trying to open it but every time it shows server error. It is requested to make necessary updates to make it customer friendly.

Good app for collecting info regarding bills. App wasn't working since 2-3 months and today checked some reviews for APN settings changes, Did same and it's working like a charm. I would suggest app team to put some alert through in app notification or on play store so everyone can do those changes and enjoy this app like previously. One thing i found out that state subsidy isn't shown in app bill preview, it's always shows ZERO please check that and fix. Thanks.

Pathetic app as it doesn't have basic feature to view electricity bill online. Customer should be able to check and review bill online and if required download as well. Secondly every time I need to look for my consume number and so I can check on payment status. If my consumer number and mobile are already linked why do I need to manually enter each time. Developer really needs to work on improving this app.

Worst app ever. Whenever I try to enter my KNO. for registration, the app says "invalid key". How am I supposed to use this useless app? Edit- The developer says, "Update the App". I have downloaded the latest version from the play store. Play store says "no new updates available". So from where do I update this App? You have still not done anything to correct this issue. Why did you even create this app if it does not function properly? Look at your ratings, everybody is telling you the same.

Not good, why I'm not getting option to download current bill, the homepage is only showing 2-3 options no more than that, before it was visible and I had the option but now it is not, getting very irritated with the interface as it is also hanging too much. Please give me the answer for this.

Updated App today, 20/4/2022, as message was flashing to do so. Wanted to download current bill, after updating App. It doesn't download any info. Screen keeps showing the entered k no. After pressing next button. In past it was working.
