• It is a service that provides members access to healthcare services with their primary care physicians and/or specialists without leaving their home. Through this application, you’ll be able to coordinate your virtual appointment. You’ll have the option to make a phone call if you do not have a smartphone with a video camera.

Cannot log into my account I receive a message saying that my account is not validated. When I press the link to that I received by email. I get an error message. I tried to send web support a message but ironically they only accept messages from senders from their company. Well I'll be darned.

The upgrade messed up the account. Cannot login anymore. Calling is unhelpful, cannot get customer service. There is a recorded message saying technical issues and hangs up the call.

App won't work. It's a waste of time. I entered and verified all the info and the app says that there is an error. I did it twice at no avail. Uninstalled it! Probably writing this review is also a waste of time, unless the developers read it.

Dont believe in the pictures you see here. The app is very difficult to work with, difficult to get what you need, settings must be improved. The application is not working well at all. Must be fixed and improved to be really helpful.

Don't like it. It doesn't give you all the info necessary when it come to all your insurance benefits!! It does not show all transactions made with te paga. It really needs to be updated and better managed by MCS CLASSICARE!
