Login doesn't seem to work..There is no option for online delivery payment. Every time the delivery person confirms and reconfirms about the delivery price by calling..,before delivery. Why can't they just have an online payment portal for the delivery with QID as unique ID. Delivery cost is also high considering the actual item ordered.😔.Qatar truly deserves better and best..👍 Hope this gets resolved soon..

The app was good ! After the update u can't copy and paste text to search for tracking number ! If they fix this ill download and use it again! Otherwise its just extra space on my device! Ill give 2 stars till the issue is solved then ill give it 4 stars if they do...!

Frustrating app. Cannot use the Hold and Forward because I never receive any OTP. And I had tried it multiple times to no avail. You call their hotline to forward a parcel to a Qpost branch and their only solution is to go to GPO to collect it.

The old one was way better,The whole new set-up is useless and the desktop version is also the same. Things were easy , simple and user friendly, New dosn't always mean Good. Next step : uninstall

There is no ability to paste the tracking number in the tracking field. Entering the tracking number manually isn't practical. Please fix.

After the lastest update, there is no way to track your items. The copy paste option for tracking number also doesn't work.

Really badly low quality of service and bad tracking system, also they put 15 qr for every order for nothing . App is very bad experience for me as end user .
