In data de 19.01.2013, in temeiul art. 500 si 502 din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma in domeniul sanatatii cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, CMDR a decis ca toate cabinetele si clinicile stomatologice din romania sa solicite pacientilor lor sa completeze chestionarul de evaluare a starii generale de sanatate.

iStoma permite pacientilor sa completeze acest chestionar direct pe tableta.

In felul acesta informatiile completate vor ajunge direct in sistem si medicii vor fi mai corect informati de starea generala a pacientului pentru a-si adapta tratamentele propuse in mod corespunzator.

Odata completat, chestionarul va trebui imprimat pentru a purta semnatura pacientului. In momentul de fata semnatura electronica nu este recunoscuta.
