Worst app!!! 3 days after ordering. They called me and said the medicine price has increased. And the price was high than market price. Why don't you update price in time? Such worst app!!

first of all they do not mention in which country they serve, when try to ask im chat they want my name, phone etc!!! why I should provide my personal info? I have not yet sure wether they would serve me at all!

Service and pricing has degraded. Now they charge delivery fees which was not charged before. Also they offer less discount as compared to other ones like Jevee. I switched to Jevee although had been the customer of epharmacy since long due to their deliveries delay and higher pricing comparatively..

The service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a product in the morning and recieved it in the evening and apparently the price had increased within that timeframe and i was not informed about this before the delivery. The price was not updated in the mail i recieved.

I don't know what kind of people are operating it...must be a group of delusional ones...First they accept your order and even call you to confirm your order...And out of nowhere after about 3-4 days they message you saying that your order is cancelled because we don't have the product .A freaking message out of blue and not even a call to explain the situation...At least ,they could have called and apologised

Very convenient to order medicines. Got all the medicines that I required. They give 10 percent discount as compared to 5 percent discount in some retail pharmacies. The main concern while ordering medicine online is the expiry date. Satisfied with the expiry date of the medicines delivered. No old stocks. The delivery was fast. Good customer care.

Worst app for ordering any medicine their delivery time is so slow the person will die but their delivery won't come. 0 service the app is also broken most of the time. They don't even inform on cancelled order while their service cller is rude af.

Installed. Ordered. Received call after 2 days saying they don't have the product. Cancelled. Uninstalled. Don't list the item if you don't have it. It's about medicines idiots.
