I work downtown & pay for on-street metered parking on a daily basis. The existence of the app makes paying for parking much easier, but the most recent update removed the ability to pay parking tickets in-app. Finding the link in the app to pay a ticket was needlessly difficult, & the link led to an external site where I had to search my license plate & enter my credit card/billing info all over again. In previous versions, this was all quickly & easily done in-app with info on file. NOT HAPPY.

Works sometimes. When you pull into a spot that has time left, you can't start a new session, had to use the change, I luckily had. There are issues with adding money to account and sometimes just doesn't work, which seems about right for our city. Getting tickets because I don't have change and app hasn't been working.

This app was perfectly fine before this latest update. It crashes constantly and it's not user friendly. The new sliding scale to choose the time is really a hassle and makes the previous process of quickly paying a chore. I park on the street daily and received a citation because the app crashed at the payment screen and I went to plug all my information in again and it said a session was already in progress, but it must have been a glitch with this clunky update because I got a ticket anyway.

App is alright but has 1 major flaw (as far as my experience goes). You can't buy time in segments. You can either buy per hour, or not at all. Beats the purpose of having a handy app if I have to pull out coins to get time increments not as large as an hour. Seriously, I want to pay for halves or something, I don't want to buy a whole nother hour when im on going to use 9 minutes of it!

this app is easy to use, very helpful, and it seems they thought of everything I have ever needed concerning parking. there is even a way to have a business validate the spot you paid for if so needed. I am going to have to check parking apps for other cities, hopefully they are as easy to use and as functional as this one.

App keeps crashing. Doesn't even open up on my phone. No updates available. How are you supposed to pay for parking conveniently if you don't have coins and the app doesn't work? The phone takes you through too many prompts.

This app was extremely easy to use, until a recent update made it almost unusable to the point i received a citation. It was a warning citation, but really a warning that you have to take a really good look at the app before closing your phone
