Moved in a year ago, and it worked perfectly on my rooted phone. Recently decided to return to stock, and now it's refusing to work claiming my phone is rooted. And in case anyone thinks it's some residual root stuff left over, the Citi Bank app properly detected when I was rooted and would not allow me to use biometrics, but it now doesn't complain and does allow biometric login. I'll trust the one that *did* detect properly over the one that didn't.

If you are here because you are interested in a home that is managed using progress residential, I would advise you to just look for a different home. We could not get into 2 out of the 3 homes we scheduled visits with. The website has inadequate instructions. When I tried to reset my password I never got the reset email. One of the homes we could just not get into. I got redirected and put on hold while my phone battery was low. Very stressful. Also you have to pay to see the house!

Horrendously slow after the update. I shouldn't need to wait minutes to see my indoor temp and make changes. It also says my door lock is unreachable. It won't show activity or add new door codes, but it will still lock/unlock remotely?

Half the time the app can connect to my home device. Half the time it won't. Beyond frustrating.

The app can be convenient, my only issue is that I am unable to change the auto-lock feature to anything other than "off" or in 30 second intervals. Sucks having my door lock right away when I'm bringing in groceries. Maybe needs an update but no update is available

Literally once a month the app disconnects from the progress server and I have no access at all. Even uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't work. And the fact that I'm forced to pay each month for something that's doesn't even work just makes it that much worse.

The app is user friendly but it says I have motion sensors in my house but there isn't any. I only have access to the downstairs AC temp. I can't set the front door from auto locking. It locks after 3sec when I close it. And jams half the time when the kids are slow going out.

The app works great and comes n handy but it also caused my phone to make random siren sounds which is very embarrassing. I had to actually turn my media volume down so I wouldn't hear it. It's super loud n u never know when it's gone do it. After I uninstalled it no more siren sounds. There's definitely a bug n this app.
