Bill pay is a sometimes thing. Sometimes it shows you have nothing due even though insurance has already done their thing and you want to pay the deductible. Then months later you're in collections. (Maybe that was when they were re-doing their systems, but that shouldn't have been my problem to determine.) When (some) billing info is there, all you can see is bill total, no details such as patient, insurance, etc. Also received an email unsolicited that requested PII, from an unknown address.

This app would be great if it didn't keep telling me my info was wrong. I had to create an account 4 times because it was saying any email I put in was wrong. When I finally was able to register, and get a pin, it kept saying "oops something is wrong try again". I really thought it would be nice to make an appointment on this app without having to call, but with these troubles it's impossible for me to even get into my account.

The app doesn't update your appointments, or update your test results in a timely manner , you're better off calling and getting everything over the phone. Also has trouble trying to "Compose" a message... seems very generic in test results, would like better explanations for everything also... edit... Its now 6-16-23 , nothing has been updated , just a simple response from "Stacy" saying that they're working on the issues,looking at the previous reviews I'm confident that its not gonna change

Biometrics is an option on login page but doesn't actually work, why have the option if you can't use it. Messages to providers seem to go away after a month. The whole send a message is confusing as it's not clear where to start your message. Labs show up intermittently. Only thing useful is to see future apts. It's okay but definitely not there yet. Definitely feels like the Dev team focuses on iOS versus Android.

Had to call help desk. Application didn't recognize my accurate data. Set up process with user ID and password (when registering) jumps to next screen with new requirements ex characters, numbers required etc. It appeared to me that I needed to enter another ID when in fact the second was the PW. Email address has nothing to do with sign in. So pay very close attention to step by step process. Got results of a few tests in the office but even those are not on the site. Will wait for call back.

Interface on Bill Pay doesn't allow you to see what has been paid. There's no "submit" button, only "done," which is partially off the lower edge of the screen, and no way to confirm payment. I didn't get a confirmation number, so I guess it didn't process? Maybe I'll know it didn't, when I get the yellow envelope from the clinic. Trying to call patient accounts is an hour plus process so that's why I loaded the app.

Overall your app is easy to use, large enough for seniors to see. Not too much info to make people confused. However, was disappointed when looking up appointment details from a previous appointment only to be told you can't see the written summary of what the doctor said. I can't find the print out from that appointment so would have been helpful to read and print it.

I downloaded this so I could get my MRI results, but looking at it now that it's on my phone, the only results it shows are labs. And I really wish I could get it on my lap top, I don't need all these apps on my phone. Plus I can't read all the small print. I really had high hopes for this app and was really disappointed. It was not easy or user friendly in my opinion. I couldn't find anything I was looking for. BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME.
