While the physical product is fun, the app is so severely lacking it's truly pathetic. Sound recognition of hits is basically 1 in 3 at best in a totally quiet room with options to turn up mic sensitivity and will leave your nice 10 sec session as counting a 1 hit. All the additional games have no description. React aim , clap game, react time? What are their goals? If you thought this rubber ball may have had an accelerometer embedded inside using NFC to communicate with the app, sorry but no.

While the product itself is still pretty fun, this app is truly garbage. Sound recognition instead of a dedicated device inside the. All to register hits is just the stupidest thing. It's so bad that even in a completely silent room, the app will only recognize 1 in maybe 3 or 4 hits. If you're lucky.

When I bought the ball, I expected there to be some kind of electronic in the ball to count the hits. But the ball is just a regular box ball which you can get for a lot less money. With the ball you get the licence for this app. The app just counts the hits over the microphone of your phone. And that is the big problem, this works only in complete silence and even then the counter is not really accurate. If you have any background noise like cars, TV, washing machine it counts random hits.

Avoid!!. Save your money. I expected the ball to be slightly heavier. Maybe with something to count the punches. Its a very light foam ball. On a flimsy bit of elastic. The returns process and customer service is AWFUL. You have to pay to send it back along with some sort of processing fees. It takes over half of your money before the refund is sent. The price is extortionate for what you actually receive in the tiny box. I wish I read reviews instead of being of being sucked into an advert!

I mean, yea, the hit counter feature aint very accurate. Make it better and the rating get better. Which kinda breaks the reason for using the app. Tho the app includes some good tips and challenges for what you can do with the ball, it doesnt really justify using the app. Final verdict: The ball is real funny to use, however the simplicity of the app is kinda underwhelming

Very disappointed son on Christmas day. Like most people I've seen all the ads of the counter on the TV behind as you play. The app doesn't seem to register hits so that's completely useless. The ball itself can be quite fun but the app doesn't work at all. If I knew in advance I would have bought a much cheaper alternative without the app.

My brother uses an iphone and it actually registers very well. Me on the other hand I use a galaxy flip 4 and it won't even catch one punch unless I smack the ball against the speaker 🙄 they should avertise that its for iphone only.

Misrepresentation of your item in your adverts! You imply that I can play this on my TV *only if I have a smart TV or a TV to cast from an app on my phone. You imply the device counts how many times its been hit. *only by picking up sound when using the app. So actually my dog chewing his ball in the same room also registered as hits. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. Wish I'd checked here first. Mind you I couldn't do that because I didn't know I had to use an app to get this going. Reporting.
