Basically they have stolen every item I ordered online that came through them. This time it was valuable and the way they set up the app means I can't ever communicate with them about it. Delivered to some address that has nothing to do with me and I wasn't notified at any stage. I'm willing to pay more to get my stuff but it's closed on their system, say's delivered. Thanks a bunch, every time this happens!

As an additional way of receiving packages, this would be unnecessary. As a mandatory way of receiving PostNord packages, this absolutely sucks. It is unfathomably dumb how I am forced to download an app and create an account just to receive a package that I have paid to be delivered to me. And not only that but the app crashed almost immediately after attempting to create an account. Awful idea, awful execution. And for that reason, I'm out.

I have to remove 3 stars as something recently was changed in the app. Second time I received a notification that the package was delivered, nothing was stated how it was delivered, only had a broken photo accompanying it (photo never loads up). Item was delivered. How? behind door? Someone opened the door? Or was it left at the closest pick up point? Nothing. Just says was delivered with a broken photo. Note, I'm not part of Modtagerflex.

Worst company ever. You can't reach them. they only have a useless chatbot, which has a limited number of options to ask. When it asks you to transfer you to a real person, that person replies after a day, and his second message is "Since you havent replied I will have to close the chat", one minute after his first message. In general, it's the worst company ever. I would give -3 stars, but unfortunately, 1 is the minimum.

I have used the PostNord app a few years and found it very good and informative. I think it is a 4-5 star app by design, but I had now to take down the review score since using it now for the first time on Samsung Galaxy s24+ I could not log in. I kept getting account verification codes over email, entered them successfully and then the app told "you have been signed out". This in eternalcycles. I could still monitor the delivery using the delivery code without signing in.

The support bot is worst bot I have ever seen. 4 of my packages have been lost, and I want to contact support to notify them of the problem. But the bot keep talking in circles and telling me the the delivery is delayed by 1-2 working days for 4 days now. It refuses to let me get in contact with someone with at least half a brain. Worst support bot ever.

GREAT! You can see the post truck on the map and you get an sms 10 minutes before he arrives. 🚚🚚😎😎 The customer support is efficient and really flexible. I wish posti was so good. The only negative side is that they don't have self picking up stations.

You can no longer contact support beyond a very unhelpful Bot, the update for delivery is retroactive (and therefore useless), and settings are not properly registered and saved. Furthermore they just ignore Modtagerflex and similar, so I'm unsure what the point of the app is, but it certainly doesn't do a good job at whatever its job is.
