SoilbuildGO is a digital access key for tenants & their employees at Soilbuild's Solaris building. The app is required for entry and exit of security gates at both the North and South blocks and usage of cargo lifts (request for permission at reception counter). Users may use the app to invite guests, whom will receive a digital access card via email to access the security gates.

Access to the app is limited to building tenants & their employees only, please request for an account from your company's system administrator. Guests to the building may receive a digital guest access card from their respective inviter or request for one from the reception counter.

App logged me out, and i couldn't log back into it using my app. I couldn't reset the password either. So i was stuck inside the building and had to sneak out. I could reset my passwork from my computer. But reset logic is horrendous: "FORGOT PASSWORD?" -> yes -> "ENTER YOUR PASSWORD TWICE to proceed" --> what? ok.. somehow you manage --> "we've sent an email to verify" --> verified --> "your password was reset. please log in" --> HOW? my password was reset, you didn't give me new one...

QR code often can't be read by turnstile... LInes are frequently backed up with people trying to enter or leave the building trying to get the gate to open.
