I can only browse items but whenever I click on an item doesn't display the details. I also experienced terrible loading time when opening the app. To make things worse, I couldn't visit anymore the web version of Decathlon Ph since it always redirects to the app that won't load. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same.

Last night I tried for almost an hour to buy the more expensive model at $298 but the system did not indicate that it was out of stock. This morning I tried to pay via Decthlon email but still the same problem. I then log in via Decathlon apps and noticed that the $298 model was out of stock. I was left with the selected model priced slightly cheaper.

DO NOT TRUST THE APP with inventory availability. I checked last afternoon, evening and today and was at the store before opening, only to be told by staff NOT available when it opened. App still shows available. staff said that the app is NOT dynamic, can be up to 2 days back and not reliable (putting it nicely).... ended up buying a more expensive item, wasted transport and parking. Basic principle of UX, if the particular feature does NOT work take it off.

Lousy UIUX. Not intuitive, not friendly. Can't filter items by size with available stock. Can't check out with collect option. The worst online shopping app amongst all. Sep 20, 2022 - literally the worst shopping app. Would have given zero star. Speechless. 28/6/24: Still worst app after 2 yrs. Item showed available for click & collect but when want to checkout, it said item cannot be delivered nor click & collect. As active online shopper, I've never come across an app that's impossible to buy

Online checkout was not working so I had to use the app. Which is insane because what abysmal tech department and management oversight do you need to have for your online checkout to not work?! Anyway, faced the same login account creation issues. The payment page looked real dodgy cos they replaced PayNow and Grabpay logos with Stripe which makes you wonder if their tech guys are underfunded or underqualified.

The day you were supposed to deliver the goods, you didn’t show up. Among all the delivery services I’ve seen in Thailand, your delivery service is the worst. I ordered an item on the 14th, and the app said it would arrive on the 17th, but it hasn’t arrived. I’ve already paid, and when I contacted customer service, there was no response all day.

Browsing the app for products, selecting addons and purchase option is not user friendly and convulated. Also didnt allow me to choose delivery option at all. Good products, bad app and have experienced unnecessarily rude service at 2 of their physical stores.
