Tried it for day 1. I can appreciate that there are stretching exercises in place of pause. This strategy, as much as I can tell, seems to allow for increased results while still allowing the body to rest. I know myself well enough to know that if there was a pause button, I more likely will not continue the remainder of my regiment! Very smart!!

It is amazing it has a variety of both male and female couches. It also gives amazing which if you complete there will be no ads for a certain period. You can also customise some of the settings which makes it easier to use for beginners and you can do workouts for specific body parts like the legs, arms, chest, back and shoulders and you can also increase the intensity of the workouts for better improvement. I hope you all find this review very useful.

Great app, took me 3 months, but I got there(without any dietaryrestrictions i mean). Truly, progress is progress, no matter how small. Well anyway, what I would have loved with this app would definitely be to have a customizable difficulty schedule making or planning feature. Otherwise, no complaints. Really works.

This app has very effective exercises! I, myself have been using this app for the past 1 month and so far I'm seeing some great improvement. The key to follow accordingly to the plan and maintain consistency! Additionally, you can lower the training difficulty incase of un adaptability and as you proceed repeat plan and increase plan's difficulty, it makes a huge difference! Another function that has made this app better, is the ability to import any music you want while doing your workout!!!!!

I just finished day one. I got to admit, it broke me down. I haven't been actively working out lately and this is a good motitaver to get me back into it. I liked the exercises with the clock. The ones that wasn't timed, I did more than the required amount to get more burn. This is a great workout routine.
