8/22/2024 Snooze requests are working again. I keep my phone on while I work at my desktop (for notes) without constantly looking at it. Since this ap provides only silent reminders while any other ap is 'forward', reminders are silent in those situations. Despite my average rating, nothing else attempts to do this job. Every new phone and OS revision requires weeks of tinkering to make it work right. Another app is needed to warn me about missed calls and text msgs.

I needed an app that did exactly syncing up with (1) Google calendar's reminder system and (2) specifically using the alarm volume instead of the notification volume, perfect for not missing calendar reminders. Day 1: Worked fine with all of the events that I just made and tested it with. If my phone is screen is off, it does the full-blown alarm that takes up the whole screen. If my screen is already on, it does more of a tiny alert at the top of the screen, which is fine with me.

I'm hoping to replace this, because it drives me absolutely bonkers. If the alarm runs out before you get to your phone, the app vanishes and there is no way to tell it you don't need another reminder, so it will nag you again even if you already dismissed the relevant notifications. If it had a decent notification with a "dismiss" button, or if the app stuck around for thirty seconds after the alarm time ended, this would be fixed. And now it's inventing reminders that don't exist!! Ugh!!

Update 04/25/2024: Unfortunately, after some years, the app will no longer show the screen to sound the alarm which means no alarm. I can see it in notifications. Samsung S21 FE. App Battery features are off. Original Review: This appears to work well for Calendar events but what about the task/keep reminders that appear in google calendar. How do I get it to sound an alarm from task reminder? Updated from 4 to 5 stars: This is by far the most useful accessory app on my phone.

I have been using your Pro app for at least 4 years and have been quite happy with its ease of use and integration with my Google Calendar. It has been a bit glitchy for the past several months so I just uninstalled both apps rebooted my Pixel 6a and reinstalled both apps. Please let me know if there's anything else I should do.

Created a test event and it appeared in "future alarms" list. I have switched the phone to silent mode, locked the screen and started to wait. However, nothing was played or vibrated when time had come. Just silent notification was on the screen when I unlocked the phone again. This was not the expected behavior - it should buzz me out even in silent and dnd mode, just regular alarm does. Useless app. Maybe I didn't configure it right?

A small & simple little App-that has a lot going for it. It automatically syncs with your calendar & has a reminder that will go off every short period to remind you. It would be great if the alarm had a pause & cancel function on it so when it goes of instead of waiting 6 - 7 sec you can pause the alarm till due to go off again & a cancel to cancel alarm entirely. Try it I am sure you will love it 😜

This app has good potentials, but It lacks the feature to have notifications that can't be dismissed. All the notifications should have just the event name, the texts "event reminder" on them is useless and annoying. It should be like the (now dead) app "calendar notification" If this new features will be implemented, I will give five stars and I wold even pay the developer!
