Best app for online ticketing service. I recommend everyone to choose bussewa to book tickets which is very easy and trusted application. Even some weakness are there to improve but you won't feel any kind of regret after booking the tickets from this app.

Confirm your ticket from bus counter, never ever use this app because you will not get seat as you booked. If you booked windows side seat you will get pasengar side seat. Thanks bussewa I have informed about this problem but u never implement, I will never use this app.

I do not recommend it for purchasing bus tickets, I will keep on using esewa for it. Purchased 3 tickets and when i want to print tickets, the system says no ticket found. While in history I have all transactions details, with date of issue, travel date and locations. How can I trust this app, which doesnt have basic feature. Seriously, the company needs to look at basic features, support and availability of service if they want to stay in business.

I had Very bad experience while using this app.. the bus got cancelled and when i requested them for refund they didn't gave me good response.. i myself had to call them and also the bank for my refund.. they only want to take money but when it comes to returning they don't care.. i too 1 week to get refund.. i don't recommend this app

This app is only useful for non festival season, festival like dashain tihar ko bela ko tw ticket naii open gardinna....People download this kind of app so that they can buy ticket trough app directly and tyo festival season ko vidd vadd ma line lagera katna na paruss vanera but they fail to deliver that....So effectiveness dheraii kam dekhinxa yini app haruko

Never ever book bus from here. I had booked the most expensive ticket from here on my route to East, however, later they mentioned different bus was going so i got into this another bus and this bus also does not provide me the allocated seats, neither the TV was working nor A/C. I even complained about the issue on that very day to the bussewa team. Instead of trying to fix the issue from there end, they simply ask me to connect to the bus owner team. Worst from both perspective price and servi
